High quality Hardwood Cuckoo Clocks by Schneider. Anton Schneider began producing cuckoo clocks in 1848 in his farmhouse in Schonach, which lies in the heart of the Black Forest, Germany. The Schneider family business is now in the sixth generation and has been producing high value cuckoo clocks at its current location since 1952. The traditional method of hand carving is still carried out by their highly skilled craftsmen. These clocks all come with a guarantee and will give many years of pleasure to their owners. *CLOCK MOVEMENTS:-The tradename "REGULA" signifies quality, and know-how in the manufacturing of cuckoo clock movements for more than 100 years. All these clocks use "REGULA" movements. Unless specified (by the KEY code numbers below) the clock has a 1-day rack strike movement with cuckoo call and strike on full & half hour. KEY TO CLOCK NUMBERS: M: as above but with music. MT: as above but with music & dancing figures. 8T: as above but with 8 day rack strike movement. 8TMT:as above but with 8 day rack strike movement, music on the hour & 4 dancing figures.
